Yes. Blue Ridge Fix Co. carries general liability insurance in North Carolina. We're happy to share our certificate of insurance if your HOA, property manager, or lender requires it. Just ask when you reach out.
Typically 2–5 business days for most jobs. Urgent repairs we do our best to accommodate same-week or even same-day if scheduling allows. Use our online booking tool to see current availability, or call us directly for urgent situations.

Both options work. For most standard repairs we carry common materials and charge a modest markup. For larger projects or if you have a specific material preference, you're welcome to supply it and we'll provide labor only. We'll always tell you upfront what the job needs.
We focus on handyman-scale repairs and installations — typically jobs that don't require pulling a permit. We don't do full HVAC work, major electrical panel work, structural repairs, or full bathroom/kitchen remodels. If you're not sure whether we're the right fit, just ask — we'll tell you honestly and refer you if we're not.
Yes, Saturday appointments are available. We do our best to accommodate your schedule — early morning, evenings, and weekends can often be arranged depending on the job size and current availability.
Cash, check, and all major credit/debit cards. We also accept payment through our online client portal via Stripe — you'll get an emailed invoice with a Pay Now link after the job is complete.
